TANIR AMI
Tanir is a seasoned health services administrator, MBA, and former CEO of OLE Health in Napa and its Foundation. She is an experienced leader of health service organizations including community clinics and Blue Shield of California Foundation and initiator of successful collaborative programs to advance health and safety for vulnerable Californians. Tanir received the Outstanding Non-Profit Leader of the Year award in Napa in 2016. She holds a Certificate in health services management and is passionate about leadership team strengthening.

ALMA GONZALEZ
Alma is a seasoned non-profit administrative professional with over 16 years of experience in healthcare organizations and foundations. She brings her skills in systems implementation and management to projects and initiatives that yield improved care and outcomes for underserved communities. Alma comes to CARESTAR after 15 years at OLE Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center focused on bringing high quality care to populations that include low-income families, as well as farm and agricultural workers.

SEDELLA JEFFERSON
Sedella is a passionate advocate for women and children’s rights and has worked at the state and national level to ensure child welfare policies are equitable and centered on positive outcomes for foster youth. She is committed to providing education and policy resources to communities so that they can harness their own power and strength to influence public opinion and government action. She previously worked for a corporate foundation where she coordinated grantmaking and foundation relations. Sedella holds a BA in literature and world languages from the University of Arkansas.

JODI RAVEL, MPH
Jodi brings wealth of experience in philanthropy, public health, and strategic planning to our team. She served 15 years with Kaiser Permanente developing their community benefit investment program and stewarding $10M in grants annually focused on violence prevention and trauma-informed care. Jodi has held research and policy analysis positions with UCSF, Youth ALIVE!, and public agencies at the local and national levels, and has consulted for foundations and community-based organizations. She holds an MPH from UCLA, and a BA in psychology from UC Berkeley.
